Our return policy is inspired by great companies before us such as Lands' End and
Zappos. We value your business and appreciate you supporting an up-and-coming brand
like ours. We'll do anything we can to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase.
Even though every single shirt we make is custom made just for you, if the shirt
doesn't fit, we'll remake a new one for you from scratch - and we donate the old
one to charity. Even better, domestic and international return shipping is free.
We do this because we believe great customer experiences drive businesses, and we
know once you get the perfect fitting dress shirt, you'll be back for more.
We are motivated everyday by customers emailing, calling and writing in about how
they've never received so many compliments or that they've never received a shirt
thats fit so well. We look forward to hearing from you.
Need To Return Your Shirt?
If the shirt didn't fit as expected, we'd happily remake a new shirt for free. To
help us get the remake process started, please send i) what you didn't like about
the fit, and ii) the new sizes you'd like us to use for your new shirt. We have
simple instructions on how to get the sizes here. Please do take
10-15 minutes to do this carefully as we do only do one free remake.
We'll email you within 12 business hours to let you know the status of your remake.
Do not worry about an order number, we reconcile all orders to the email you ordered
with.
